Sensitive order data
Assigned numbers and message contents are encrypted at rest. Verification messages are retained only for the configured operational period and are then purged.

Service providers
Number, bank, blockchain, hosting, and email providers process limited data required to complete their part of a transaction. We do not expose provider credentials to customers.

Your choices
Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Financial and security records may be retained when law or fraud prevention requires it.
