Frequently asked questions
Can’t find what you need? Contact support.
01 What does LTElogs provide?
LTElogs provides temporary virtual phone numbers that can receive supported SMS verification messages. These numbers are intended for short verification sessions and are not permanent mobile lines.
02 Which services and countries are available?
Availability changes in real time by provider. The Buy a number page shows the services, countries, and networks currently offered before you request a quote.
03 How do I buy a number?
Create an account, verify your email address, add money to your wallet, then choose a country, service, and network. Review the live quote before confirming the purchase.
04 How long does a quote remain valid?
Quotes are short-lived because provider prices and availability can change quickly. If a quote expires, use Refresh quote before purchasing.
05 When is my wallet charged?
LTElogs places a hold for the confirmed order price when you purchase. The wallet ledger records the resulting purchase, release, or refund so the balance remains auditable.
06 What happens if a number is unavailable?
You will not receive an unconfirmed number. Change the country, service, or network and request a fresh quote. Provider availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
07 Where will I receive the verification code?
Open the order from your LTElogs dashboard. Supported incoming messages and verification codes appear on that order while it remains active.
08 Can I cancel an order or receive a refund?
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the provider state and whether a verification message has already been received. Any confirmed refund is returned through the wallet ledger.
09 Why must I verify my email address?
Email verification protects the account and is required before purchasing numbers or setting up new funding methods. You can resend the verification email from Security settings.
10 How do I contact support?
Use the contact form on the Support page. Include the relevant order, funding, or blockchain reference, but never send a password, private key, seed phrase, or full payment credential.
